How does the QR code system work?
When a ticket is purchased, Ticket to the Town generates a unique QR code for each ticket. At the event, simply scan the code using any device with our ticket scanner to verify entry quickly and securely.
Can I choose to generate one QR code for multiple tickets?

How do I get paid?
All ticket sales funds go directly to your connected payment processor. Since you manage the processing account, you typically receive your payments within 24 hours or the next business day—giving you fast access to your revenue.

Because payments go through your own connected processor, you usually receive funds within 24 hours or by the next business day, depending on your processor’s policies.
Can I connect my Stripe (or other) account?
Yes! Ticket to the Town is certified to work with Stripe and other major processors, so you can easily connect your existing account for seamless payment processing.
What Platforms is Ticket to the Town Certified to?
Ticket to the Town is certified to Clover, PAX, FiServ, TSYS, Stripe, Square. If you don’t see your system listed, let us know we are always interested in learning about other POS systems to add Ticket to the Town to.
